Sharon Gladman - Executive Head Teacher
At Eastbury we pride ourselves on our approach to education. We know that pupils, your children, cannot thrive at school if they don’t feel safe and happy. This is the foundation of our school ethos. We have the highest expectations of all our pupils – from uniform, to behaviour, to effort, to outcomes, to attitude, and we make no apology for this. In order for young people to reach their potential they need a well ordered, professional environment.
To underpin academic achievement and progress we have a comprehensive pastoral provision.
We know that we can’t cure all the ills of society, but we can support our pupils, your children, in being able to manage, cope and succeed despite the challenges that we are all presented with
We want all our pupils to believe they are good enough, because we know they are.
I am excited about taking Eastbury Community School through its next phase, building upon the strong foundations that we have built, widening the opportunities that we provide for all our young people. I want Eastbury School to be the school that represents the world we want our children to live in.
